"A clean, spacious 2 bedroom hotel suite. Loved that it was pet friendly, the air conditioning took time to get used to how to use it. Be careful before sleeping, because if you sleep with it on higher than need be, you may wake up with a cold (as we did). The only downsides were that the water pressure was low, and the hot water was not very hot in the showers. The combined washer/dryer unit took forever to do each load of clothes, and everything came out wrinkled. "

"We enjoyed staying here! It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful. "This was our second time staying in Buenaventura. This condo was beautifully decorated, located in one of the best locations for families, and was very spacious. The amenities are exactly as the host described and Alexander was available for any questions the entire stay. "The condo was clean and had a great view. It would be a great place for a short stay for a couple but has minimal furnishings and utilities, not comfortable for longer stay. Condo staff are very friendly and helpful. While the condo management were very polite and promised to supply missing items we were still waiting for them when we left after 4 weeks.
