"AC was perfect. Location was great for visiting friends and malls. Would stay here again"

"The building where the hotel is located is a mixed business housing building and when I arrived at midnight there was no sign of the hotel nor any guidance to find reception. I managed to find two another receptions of which there was one night guard in one of them. He then called the hotel reception and showed me the way there. The hotel reception is hidden on the 2nd floor. It was not at all logical to find the room, but when finally in the room, it was quite good. The breakfast was good too. "

"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."

"Booked for 3 nights, 2 bedrooms apartment, it’s actually 1 bedroom but they convert the living room for another room, so no living room/dining area. I love the facilities & security within the property - you only can access it with the access card, even to the outdoor pool, limited to 1 person, you could ask another 2 extra with the front desk. There’s a family mart at the lobby near the entrance of the pool, open up early till late, super convenient! Wished the property management of this...

"المكان جميل"

"The good: - Location is pretty central and close to a mall - Swimming pool is huge and comfortable with leafy beautiful grounds - Rooms are big - Washing machine + dryer Need improvements: - Relatively clean room but some spots - Breakfast might not automatically include children below 12 if you don’t confirm and restate your booking inclusions - Checkout at 12 but they will call you as early as 11:15 to remind. All good but quite a bother."

"W hile the property was not new, it has been well maintained. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was very good"

"Good"

"The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient."

"Great apartment hotel. The apartments are homely and cozy. The staff was nice and helpful."

"生ごみの汚臭が少しししましたが、それ以外は快適でした。"
