"We love the uniqueness of the house and the great backyard. It came with two dedicated parking spaces and room for two more. Great restaurants near by and close to a fun downtown shopping area. The house worked for us and was home away from home.,"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Jim’s cottage. The communication was great, the hosts were welcoming and beyond accommodating, and the cottage, furnishings, and amenities were just perfect. We can’t wait to come back! "

"Such a cute little place with so many small details that make a big impact! It was perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of blankets and pillows, towels, etc. We loved it and thought it was so cute, comfy and cozy! We visited old town Frankfort and highly recommend Stainless-a mead brewery and The Cooperage-a quaint littl3bar with music, pool, darts and shuffleboard."

"This was the perfect place to escape to the mountains. The house itself is surrounded by farms in which you will have the pleasure of seeing cows, horses, and lots of deer. However the drive up is a purely scenic mountain climb. The perfect location to many of Kentucky's distillerys on the Bourbon Trail. 10/10 recommend!"

"We loved our stay! Very clean cottage, beautifully decorated. Very peaceful with only the sounds of the birds and nature. Nothing was left out for an enjoyable visit. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again. The Host was wonderful and very responsive. "
