"Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here."

"This was a very last minute spur of the moment 1 day/night birthday getaway for a much needed change of scenery. The hosts were great and stayed in constant communication whilst being overseas at the time. I really appreciated this as I know from my own experience as someone who’s had tenants that it’s not an easy task. The condo was cozy and comfortable and all needs met. Loved having the fireplace whilst also enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. The sauna and hot tub on the property...
