"Beautiful resort, staff was amazing besides the 7.6 earthquake the whole trip was amazing"

"Room was dirty, full of dirt and dust. Missing clean towels! Bugs in the shower. Property outdated."

"They're clearly upgrading everything around. The place was comfortable with good TVs and a a fairly well equipped kitchen. Communication and check in we're easy. The beach out front is really great at low tide because a sand bar emerges that you can walk on for miles. Great place to spend a night."

"Did not stay in it. Couldnt find it. The contact for the property never returned texts. Its non existent. The address is a market in the middle of a dirty town. Please refund this. Ive already complained but never received a call back from vrbo or expedia. We had to rent a hotel at the last minute."

"Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. "

"Great service from very nice staff!"

"Fint stort værelse med dejlig balkon ud til havnen, men hotellet fremstår noget slidt. Desuden en del støj fra gade og restauranter. "

"El lugar es acorde a lo q se paga, esta donde termina el casco viejo y empieza un barrio feo"

"The staff was not pending when I tried to park the car at night time. The clerk was hanging by the sofas when I entered the lobby after parking the car outside."

"Amazing and beautiful hotel. However, breakfast situation was a complete nightmare. Massive lines and honestly quite insufferable"

"Det var fantastisk Al var ok"

"Excellent location to walk around, visit local attractions and restaurants in the old city."
