"1st room assigned too was 85 degrees when we went in on a hot summer day and none of the plugs were working. Got assigned another room and the bathroom and shower were just dirty. Not like a lot of the other Residence Inns visited. But overall okay stay."

"When I arrived at the hotel the check in process was super easy. I got up to my room I had to go back down to get extra bedding for the sofa bed for the kids. That was understandable that they didnt have that available in the room. Then I get back up there and turn all the lights on to make the sofa bed I found a pair of dirty underwear on the floor by the desk. I called the front desk and bc the housekeeping people were gone the only option given was to throw them in the garbage. They didnt...

"The place was a clean and quiet. The staff, they are very friendly and helpful . If you are a solo travel , just have to be careful that the door completely shuts and latches because there was a few situations where I had to slam the door or play with the door for it to latch all the way."

"Overall, the stay was okay when we first arrived, but there were several issues that made it uncomfortable. The room had no place to hang clothes, which was inconvenient. The inside of the room had a strong mold smell, and combined with the loud AC noise, it gave us headaches. The bathroom also smelled moldy, and the amenities were very limited. The Wi-Fi was also very laggy and kept disconnecting. The breakfast, however, was okay."
