The accommodation price includes all essential services for a comfortable and worry-free stay: coffee, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwashing and laundry detergent, bed linen, blankets, and a set of 3 clean towels per person in different sizes.
A free parking space is available, located about a 3-minute drive from the apartment, a convenient solution for guests traveling by car.
We also offer a luggage storage option, allowing you to enjoy the city freely before check-in or after check-out.
At check-in, all guests will be required to show a valid ID, as required by local regulations.
On request, airport transfer services to and from Venice and Treviso airports are available, with cost to be agreed at booking.
The city tax is €4 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights, and must be paid on the day of arrival, either in cash or via Airbnb using the “Send money” option.
The apartment is always prepared according to the exact number of guests in the booking: if you are 2 guests and require an extra bed, please inform us in advance; a €10 per night supplement applies.
Regarding access to Venice, on certain dates an entry permit or fee may be required: even guests staying at our property must request an exemption, using the apartment address; the procedure is simple and the fee applies only to day visitors.
