The structure has: three eco-suites on the second floor (attic) and 2 tourist rental apartments on the ground floor. Services available and included in the price: - Maximum accommodation for 2 people - Kitchenette - Microwave oven - Dishwasher - Espresso machine - Double bed - Complete set of sheets and towels, - Hot water obtained from solar panels, - Air conditioning with photovoltaic energy, - Integrated heating system with photovoltaic energy, - Smart TV and WIFI, - Two terraces at your disposal, one of which is for the exclusive use of guests, - Indoor parking space monitored 24/7, - Hair dryer and equipment for personal hygiene, - Bathroom with shower and window, - Electric car charging wallbox for guest use, - Final cleaning included, - Helpful advice personally from the native Venice owners who stay on the first floor of the house and who will welcome you personally. Other useful information: - The suites are located in the modern attic on the third level of the villa. You will have to walk 40 steps without a lift; upon your arrival you will find the rooms clean and sanitized. - For stays longer than 3 days, towels will be replaced every 3 days and sheets every 7 days. Cleaning will be performed every 7 days or on request with supplement. - Check-in: from 13.00 to 22.00. Different times will be evaluated upon request. - Maximum check-out: 10:00. - We invite you to respect the silence from 11.00 pm to 9.00 am and to use the differentiated waste collection using the special containers on the corner of the terrace. - Our structure is not equipped to accommodate our animal friends.
