"The staff was kind, warm, welcoming and wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about them! My only criticism is the pool was not heated, as advertised and the hot tub was cool. However, the incredible staff and location are beyond amazing!!! Trip and hotel of a lifetime!!!"

"We stayed one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered via a menu that is sent to the staff and delivered to the room! Housekeeping was nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the private pool/patio was great. Make sure to reach out a day before your stay to get check in information (date code, room instructions). We missed that instruction and didn’t have a way in. Luckily, the staff were easy to contact and housekeeping helped us get settled...

"This property was like a castle and we felt like royalty during our visit. The staff was absolutely amazing. The manager of the hotel made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed including setting up a private tour and restaurant reservations and rides. It was the best place we have ever stayed at!!"

"The suite was absolutely fine. Clean and nice. The pool pump ran all the time and was a bit noisy at night when we wanted to enjoy the evening. Could also miss some good chairs on the terrace but other than that is was great. Breakfast was also really good and delivered as promised on time. "
