"Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Nova Luxury Suites. Personeel was geweldig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles in Pyrgos op loopafstand. Wij hadden ook een auto gehuurd, zodat wij nog meer van het eiland zouden zien. Wij hadden een kamer met hottub, wat heerlijk was voor de verkoeling, net als het aangrenzende zwembad. "Beautiful hotel. Wish we had stayed for longer. Arrived late in the evening and kindly greeting by reception who gave us so much information on the island and Pyrgos itself. Provided us with a bus timetable, restaurant recommendations and the number of a local taxi firm. Our room was beyond our expectation. Lovely and spacious with good storage space. "This is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. First of all, our hotel guide Vivian was amazing. She organised everything and anything we needed very quickly. In addition we were able to keep the room nice and cool in our cave room with the air conditioning and had plenty of space for everything, form a nice spacious bedroom, to kitchen, living room, bathroom and vanity area. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quieter luxury place outside of Fira and Oia,"
"I only stayed one night at Symphony Suites in Santorini, but it was truly perfect. I had the Iphigenia Suite, which was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious.
Even though it was a short stay, the staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations.
I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini!"

"The suite was absolutely fine. Clean and nice. The pool pump ran all the time and was a bit noisy at night when we wanted to enjoy the evening. Could also miss some good chairs on the terrace but other than that is was great. Breakfast was also really good and delivered as promised on time. "

If you want to have staff that can recommend great authentic palces to eat and the spots you can go without a lot of tourists, this is it. Also there is an amazing view from your room. "Simply outstanding - we highly recommend it to anyone, whether they are travelling with kids or just adults. We loved every moment (2 adults, 2 children, age 1,5 and 7). "
"We received a great service from the staff and the hotel, and its facilities were excellent! However, the airport is nearby and airplanes were flying very close directly over our heads every 10-20 minutes, which disturbed the peace. Furthermore, it was rarely possible to get a spot by the pool, since the other guests woke up early to place their towels on the sunbeds (and leave them there for the rest of the day)."
"Overall very pretty hotel with a lot of potential. However, personnel is a bit rude and entitled for a five star hotel. Furthermore, there was an every day war to get a space in the pool due to to little chairs - people went out to block their beds early morning.
The receptionists and cleaning staff was, however, amazing and helpful.
