"This place was sufficient enough. It was clean and had most things you might need. We had a few issues but nothing that would prompt us to complain. We were unable to figure out how to get the jets working on the jacuzzi. Some of the light bulbs in the house were burned out. And the pans were not non-stick. One of the beds was really worn and sagging. The place definitely needs an upgrade. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced, basic place to stay, this will do the trick."

"The condo was in the perfect location..2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks to downtown Venice. The condo was in a quiet location and we were able to walk everywhere. The condo itself was extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Gayle was the perfect host and very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful month!"

"The location is great! Close to Venice ave with many restaurants and shops. A short walk to the jetty. The sunsets are beautiful. The condo is very nice and has everything you need. The communication with property manager was outstanding! You take the elevator down and walk out to the pool and the beach. Very relaxed atmosphere and people staying at complex all very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Great location! Beautiful view, very nice pool. This efficency was very small but works. If i was them i would remove the corner shelves and put a dresser there. No place to put clothes except a small closet for hanging a few things! Description was not the most accurate. No bikes or kyaks to rent and no ice maker! The furniture they show is in the common room. Happy with vacation next time would get a bigger unit!"

"We loved the house and lanai which is roomy, well equipped and nicely furnished. Also it had the added bonus of a car port which kept the car cool! If you have children there are lots of equipment for the beach, noodles, belly board, sieves for searching out sharks teeth on the local beach ( which I used and found some sharks teeth for my grandkids in UK) Also beach chairs and umbrella! "Clean, spacious condo on the Beach.nice 2 Bdr condo in quiet,safe neighborhood. The sunset view from the balcony is lovely. Come stay for the beach,but there is more. The heated shared pool is just downstairs from your condo. Unit has all the beach gear you will need. We walked into downtown Venice many times. Host is pleasant and easily accessible. Check in was easy"

"We stayed a month in the condo and enjoyed the views from the attractive eating nook as well as the over all location. Often we would watch surfers, kite sailors or dolphins as we dined. Our son and grandson came for two nights and had a big time shark tooth hunting. The condo is located near the jetty and not far from Venice beach where I enjoyed daily yoga classes. Our host was welcoming and efficient. He helped us with the televisions and went out of his way to bring me a crock pot. His condo...
