O quarto era bastante grande, com bom aquecimento, garantindo muito conforto durante a estadia. A localização é excelente, meu quarto tinha vista ao Costanera Center, próximo a diversos comércios, restaurantes e também ao metrô. Gostei muito da hospedagem e certamente voltaria em uma próxima oportunidade."

"El personal fue muy amable, nos ayudo a guardar nuestras maletas ya que llegamos en un vuelo muy temprano.

"I usually like the hotel, but after being bitten by the Loxosceles laeta spider and the hotel's handling, I lack words for the way they react, not even help to get to the hospital/or an email, a card to ask where your situation is (this should not be the hotel's standard) even after talking to the assistance room director they just apologize... so be careful!!!"
"Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...
