"I usually like the hotel, but after being bitten by the Loxosceles laeta spider and the hotel's handling, I lack words for the way they react, not even help to get to the hospital/or an email, a card to ask where your situation is (this should not be the hotel's standard) even after talking to the assistance room director they just apologize... so be careful!!!"

"Nice, clean hotel :-) VERY friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room is quite small, but it’s brand new and totally clean. So it’s ok. The neighbourhood is safe and close to many restaurants and Santiago’s biggest mall. "

"Parking was safe; a large vehicle might have difficulty getting in and out, but a midsized Will have no issue. Check with the property if you have a large vehicle (truck, oversized SUV) to see if they have alternative parking."

"Perfect for families of 4 or 5! Even though the space was on the smaller side, it was incredibly efficient and had absolutely everything we needed. Having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was a lifesaver, and the small living area/kitchen was a great bonus. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around whether you are traveling with a car or without one. Highly recommend"
