"Our family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this VRBO condo. While the decor has a charming, dated feel and the unit faces the street, leading to some ambient city noise from crowds, cars, and even airplanes, we found it didn't detract from our experience as we're accustomed to city living.The condo truly offered all the conveniences of home, making our stay very comfortable. "The location of the condo could not be better! It is close to a ton of restaurants and the main resorts/hotels which makes going to the beach, excursions, or grabbing dinner very easy. The check in process was very easy and the property was spotless. There is a very nice pool so that you don’t have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. HIGHLY recommend- I will be back!"

"The property was amazing very safe but a little confusing to find at first. Me and my friends stayed here for spring break the host was very accommodating and nice and blew up an air mattress for us before we arrived. Plenty of mirrors all around to get ready. All the beds were pretty nice. Grill, fridge and laundry machines work and water is provided for brita. Overall very happy with my stay would stay here again."

"It’s the perfect apartment in the perfect location. It’s in the center of it all. The place is beautiful, clean, and walking distance from all the great restaurants. The oyster shack and the Waiter’s Gastropub are a must. The beach next to Condado Plaza Hotel (12 min walk/4 min scooter ride) is great, and the food cart there has the best pinchos. Definitely booking with Patricia again. 5 stars! "

"Amazing location in very close proximity to restaurants and a short Uber to old San Juan. We were greeted at the condo and given a tour which was helpful. We were not requested to clean the whole place like a most rentals. We did wash the towels, dishes, collected trash up for them but check out was an easy process.There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach so no need to rent. We were even provided a bag of ice and a small cooler. I highly suggest booking here because it will not...

"Great location and very walkable to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. There is not a lot of soundproofing so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, which during my 2 week stay was not bad as in I wouldn’t stay here again. "Venligt personale, og fin morgemad, selv om der kun lige var det nødvendige. Men desværre var hotelværelset meget beskidt. Hvis vi gik på terrassen uden sko var vores tær eller sokker med det samme meget beskidte. Det samme galt tæppet på værelset, så vi måtte bruge klip klapper. Vi fandt også hår flere steder. Der var pænt og rent ved morgenmaden. Fint værelse generelt med rigtig god udsigt."
