"I spent ten days in the apartment with my family. It is very well located, a short walk from several popular sights, with convenient connections to the subway lines and buses. "A great property in an outstanding location. Our family of five stayed very comfortably. Very close to great restaurants and all the sites in Rome. Our host was easy to contact and any questions or needs were met very quickly . Check-in process in communication throughout was easy and straightforward. "Our stay in Rome was made even more wonderful with Francesca’s rental. It was perfect for my friends and my husband and me. There were 4 of us girls who have been friends since kindergarten and we let 2 of our husbands come along 😊. The apartment was perfect for all of us. "My son and I stayed here for a week during our spring break trip to Rome. I couldn't ask for a better location and great neighborhood. I believe it is advertised as two bedrooms, it only has one and a couch you can sleep on in the living room. It's not huge, for the two of us, it was fine. The bathroom was clean and perfectly satisfactory, only one person at a time. The location is what was spectacular, we were in a true neighborhood, rather than by all of the touristy spots right on the Piazza...

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. "Absolutely loved the hotel facilities and service. Spent one night the day before flying home and we wished we had booked more days. The room was beautiful, the service from the hotelstaff was above expectations and the area, even though far from the city, had everything we needed. Would love to come back another time."
