"Tiny house on the hill is a Capitol Hill gem and perfect for the book launch we attended at Elliott Bay Bookstore (another Seattle gem). Everything you need is provided including parking. Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder (as shown in pics). ."

"It was very clean and inviting inside. There’s no real kitchen but it had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom is very nice! Smart TVs in the rooms. The windows face the back yard which is very green and we saw a mother deer and her faun grazing. Fantastic experience!"

"We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events."

"Sufficient for short stays. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but had no issues with anything or anyone. Water was hot, the towels and showers were clean. That’s all we needed. 15-20 minutes to airport. Well worth the price. The host was easily accessible if I had any questions."

"We had a great stay at this beautifully remodeled house and Christa was a wonderful host! The house is in a great location...super close to downtown and the stadiums, and is in a highly walkable neighborhood. There are several great options for food and coffee just a few blocks away and everywhere we went was delightful. Christa was a great communicator throughout the whole process and provided everything we needed in the home. The only "negative" thing about the location is the parking...it is...

As I booked this hotel on a whim of the reviews and the price, wasn’t terrible for 4 nights we definitely felt welcomed and thankful for this hotel in Renton, plus when we got there they had fresh baked cookies and they had them everyday! "Second time staying at Sweet Suites Cherry Hill. Property meets our needs when visiting family in Seattle. Overall nice place to stay. Disappointed shower drain needs attention and bathroom ceiling mold issue needs attention before it gets worse. Would stay here again."
