"We were family of 23 people. Young and “old” was loving the beautiful and quiet place. With the best view. Everything was perfect. Guido always answer quick. The people we met, that helped to make the Place perfectly comfortable was all so nice. Orietta made us dinner 3 times. It was like heaven. Even all the kids loved her cocking. We bought wine from the place, because it was so good and so cheap😉 Can very much recommend this place to everybody who wants a good, beautiful and quiet...

"Our family (14 persons in the age 0-70 years) spent a week in this wonderfull House. We had a very good holdiday and the House is perfect for so many people. "This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard"

"We were two families and we had the most wonderful week at Mario’s beautiful house. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing, the house is perfect and rustic. The views of the surrounding area are incredible. The house is on the top of a hill and the road up is very steep. So many things to do nearby, Bagnoregio Civita, Bolsena, Sacro Bosco, cascata Marmore. We had such a great week. Mario was a great host. "

"Very nice and quiet getaway in the hills. The house and surroundings are excellent. The pool is clean and perfect for swimming laps (14 m long) and 1-1,5 m depth. The area does not have a lot to offer but the places recommended by Sabina were excellent. The Marmore waterfalls are just an hour away and worth a trip. The same is the cosy city Orvieto. Sabina and James are fantastic hosts and very helpful/responsive when things arise. Our 3 kids would go back just to see Simba again (one of the 3...

"Lovely accommodation, very well appointed villa in a perfect location. Travelled to Rome, Osia and Assisi from here. Pool days were very relaxing at the house, the house is cooled by the lake breeze and the views from every window are stunning. "

Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"
