"Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind."

"House was as anticipated. Adequate room, clean and well set up. Two blocks to the ocean or the central road. The only surprise was a small very busy restaurant across the street from the home. "The place is in an awesome location and has so much charm! Carl is so friendly and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Couldn't have had a better host! You can't beat the patio area and the bed and linens provided were so comfy. We visit Folly twice a year, and this will be our go to!"

"The property was on the beach and near Boardwalk 22, which made it easy to cross the foliage on a wooden walkway and get right onto the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, glasses, and silverware. The property was clean. "I and my two buddies stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The configuration is perfect for friends or family. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. "Serenity is the place to stay if you’ll looking for a facility that offers quietness, sense of comfort and warmth. All amenities are provided and beds are so comfortable. "I read a lot of reviews for this place before booking. It’s not an understatement that it does get a little noisy at night. But I wouldn’t say it kept me up. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and walk anywhere else on Folly. Nice and close to Charleston too, with a much more laid back vibe."
