"They let us check in early which was muchly needed after a long failed flight. The gentleman at the front desk was a delight to deal with and gave us great food options close by in the area , as my family was staving. Beds were comfy and the pool was great to burn some energy off the kids "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vancouver!
The room was so lovely and big. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable!
The staff were very friendly and professional as well as helpful.
Definitely staying here again next time I'm in Vancouver. "

"Our hotel stay was ok. On the plus side, the staff were extremely helpful and sweet, and the location was fantastic. We stayed on the quiet side of the building, away from the on-ramp/traffic. On the minus side- some kind of system (ventilation?) was in overdrive and the bathroom door rattled in its frame as a result - only really noticeable in the bathroom. The doors have seen better days and the breakfast cafe patio was dirty/ used for storage, not guests, as in the photos. Breakfast was a...

"The location couldn’t have been better for skiing (which we didn’t do) and just enjoying the village. The room was spacious and well laid out, and while older, the bathroom looked recently updated. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, but my FAVOURITE thing about the hotel were the fireplaces! A REAL fireplace that we thoroughly enjoyed. You must use special preformed logs from the front desk but the first one is free, and any after that are only $5. Well worth it for hours of warm...
