Tilgængelig for månedlig leje, nyd uhindret, fantastisk udsigt over Coal Harbor, Stanley Park, North Shore Mountains og Lions Gate Bridge fra denne luksuriøse to seng, to bad hjem. Denne enhed er for nylig blevet renoveret og kan prale af avancerede finish. Trin til havmuren, dagligvarer, kaffe og gode restauranter; Urban Fare, Starbucks, Cardero's, Lift, Fairmont, Marriott, Westin Bayshore, Stanley Park, Robson Street og mange flere seværdigheder. Vores hjem er fremragende til par, solo-eventyrere, forretningsrejsende og især familier med små børn.

Rummet:

Med over 900 kvadratmeter beliggende i centrum af Vancouver mest prestigefyldte placering blev dette 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser hjem renoveret i 2016!

Det store soveværelse har en queensize-seng, walk-in closet og en-suite, komplet badeværelse med jacuzzi-badekar. Det andet soveværelse har en dronning og børneseng. Stuen har en stor, behagelig sofa (ikke udtrækket). Yderligere aerobeds med dronning og dobbelt størrelse er også tilgængelige.

Hvad der gør vores sted unikt er placeringen, den uhindrede udsigt og komfort.

Beliggenhed:

Denne lejlighed ligger i prestigefyldt Coal Harbor og er: en blok fra Seawall, der forbinder til Stanley Park; overfor Urban Fare (en high-end købmand), en Shoppers Drug Mart, en 7-11, en Starbucks, en vinmonopol og meget mere.

Der er et busstoppested ved bygningens bageste indgang, eller du er kun få minutters gåafstand fra Burrard eller Waterfront Skytrain station.

Også inden for få minutters gang er du på fashionable Alberni- og Robson-gader og mange 5-stjernede hoteller.

Udsigten:

En af vores foretrukne ting at gøre er at vågne op og nyde morgenmaden i spisepladsen med udsigt over Coal Harbor Marina, Stanley Park, Lion's Gate Bridge og West Vancouver. En anden favorit er at få frisk mad fra købmanden på tværs af gaden, nyde et måltid og dejlig vin på vores dejlige gårdhave! Solnedgange er ofte spektakulære!

Komfort:

Vi elsker vores sted og har gjort det behageligt med high-end finish og inventar, inklusive 4K tv og high-def kabel, Bose hjemmebiograf, Netflix og mere. Vores hjem er perfekt til en rejsende familie med børn, forretningsrejsende, par og den kræsne solo rejsende.

Gæsteadgang:

Du har adgang til vaskeri i suite, grill, et motionscenter og boblebad i bygningen og en parkeringsplads (med varsel).

Interaktion med gæster:

Vi interagerer ikke med gæster efter check-in undtagen for at se, hvordan opholdet går. Vi er bare en telefonopkald eller tekst væk fra at besvare spørgsmål om dit ophold.

Nabolaget:

Beliggende i Coal Harbour, centrum af Vancouver mest prestigefyldte kvarter, overser vi Stanley Park, Westin Bayshore, Vancouver Rowing Club, Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, West Vancouver og mere. Bare få skridt væk fra havmuren eller det finansielle distrikt kan du gå til Stanley Park på ti minutter eller til Englandsbugt på femten minutter.

Du kan krydse gaden til Urban Fare, Marriott, Pinnacle, Loden, Starbucks og mere til morgenmad, frokost eller middag. Restauranter, luksushoteller (Fairmonts, Hyatt, Shangri La ...), shopping og meget mere ligger inden for en blok eller to.

Komme rundt:

Busstoppesteder er placeret ved den bageste indgang til bygningen på Pender. Det er kun få minutters gang til Burrard- eller Waterfront Skytrain-stationerne (mindre end 10 minutter).

Der er Car2go's parkeret foran bygningen og mange i nærheden.

Taxaer er masser, da vi er ved siden af mange hoteller.

Cykeludlejning er tilgængelig på Seawall, som vi overser og er et par minutter at gå til.

For unge familier med spædbørn og småbørn har vi en basinette og krybbe, skift bord, blegenie og meget mere til at passe på dine dyrebare små.

Der er en legeplads og et fællescenter mindre end 2 minutters gang væk, som du kan se fra vores synspunkt.

Great location. Superb host.

My family and I enjoyed our extended stay here. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit - great communion and made everything easy for us. The location and view of Coal Harbour Marina were excellent. Building staff was also friendly and the on-site gym and parking were really nice amenities.

My experience using VERBO was wonderful. My host Rahim could not have been more professional and very nice as well. The unit was as described and in my favorite area of Vancouver known as Coal Harbour. I would highly recommend this unit you will not be disappointed .

Perfection!

The condo was well situated, close to the seawall, grocery shopping, bus and downtown. It was clean and had everything I needed and space for my family when they came to visit. Hosts Rahim and Sarah were extremely friendly and helpful. I spent a month there and was very, very happy.

A First Class & Unforgettable Experience

As an avid and frequent world traveler for the past 25 years, staying most times at private accommodations, I must say this stay was one of the best, if not THE BEST hospitality from a Host that I have experienced. Rahim was always attentive, promptly responsive, and authentic. I was so impressed with his genuine interest to ensure that my 2 month stay was a 5 star experience.. Any requests I had, or any minor problems were very promptly dealt with. The property, building and area were very quiet, very comfortable, with outstanding views in a central location in the relatively quiet neighborhood of Coal Harbor in downtown Vancouver. The kitchen was well stocked( which is always important to me). The beds were comfortable and the apartment spacious. Lots of natural light, so very bright. The portable air conditioners were instrumental on hot summer days. My guests were very comfortable with their bedroom and bathroom separated from the main living area. Rahim's listing disclosed construction next door that had been halted in 2019 and upon request, he satisfied me that there would be no construction during my stay. I appreciated this. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to others and if the opportunity arises, would book it again.

Great Experience

The owner, Rahim, is a treasure. He treated my parents, who were staying in the condo and are in their 80s, incredibly well. He was quick to respond and always gracious and quick to action. Lovely home made cookies on arrival! The stay was extended twice due to COVID19 and Rahim was incredibly supportive and attentive to their needs. And the view is gorgeous! Definitely a 5 star experience.

The apartment building is in a perfect location in a tightly secured building. The views of the harbor are amazing. It was clean and very lovely inside. RJ and Michelle were extremely easy to work with and responded immediately. I would highly recommend it.

Charming host, great location, cute apartment, epic views

In today's world of corporate-owned vacation rentals, solely designed to maximize profit, it's refreshing to stay in a place where a real person truly cares about the quality of your stay. Rahim and his associate Michelle consistently went above and beyond expectations to make our vacation memorable for a lifetime. Vancouver is such an amazing place to spend time, but when you have a private parking spot and so many of the city's most desirable activities and landmarks right outside your door, you are in control of your own destiny! The apartment itself was well-sized for a small family like ours, one couple and a small child. The amenities you expect are all there, and if something is missing you can count on the host to make it happen. So stop clicking around and stay at Rahim's place. You might find yourself doing what we did... watching sea-planes gracefully descend into the harbor right past your giant floor-to-ceiling windows, cup of coffee in hand, with a look of amazement and satisfaction on your face.

Comfortable apartment with terrific view

We really enjoyed our stay. Rahim was extremely helpful preparing us for our stay and check-in/check-out was seamless and easy. The apartment is clean and well maintained, and has a phenomenal view of the water. Rahim stocked the kitchen with a ton of bottled waters along with some other nice touches like beer, wine and berries. Applicances all worked easily. The building is quiet and easily navigated. We enjoyed the Coal Harbour location as it was clean and quiet while in easy walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go in the city.

Amazing view and host!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Rahim’s apartment. The location was perfect and the view...amazing! We felt very much at home and had everything we needed. We came during a heat wave, so Rahim was kind enough to provide us with plenty of fans to keep the apartment cool. The fridge was also stocked with waters, which was a nice touch. It was perfect. We had so much fun walking around and exploring the city. Rahim made us feel so comfortable and was so kind to check in occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. He even provided us with a city guide for hot spots and things to do. I give him 5 stars...would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location and beautiful views!

My family and I had a great stay at Rahim's condo. The views are stunning and the condo was very comfortable and clean. We loved the location. We could walk to Stanley Park to rent bikes and also walk to the downtown area. The second bedroom is perfect for kids. My 8 year old son liked the loft bed and my older son slept on an air mattress on the floor. It would be too tight for adults, but great for children. Rahim was a very considerate host. We loved our time in Vancouver!

Beautiful Condo in an Excellent Location!

This place was a great choice for our family vacation to Vancouver. Coal Harbour is a beautiful area and a convenient starting point for enjoying everything that the city has to offer... just a few minutes walk from the Sea Wall, Stanley Park, the Aquarium, Robson Street, Granville Island, Gastown, etc, etc, etc. The condo unit is tastefully decorated and offers all of the conveniences of home. It is VERY clean! The unit is open, bright and airy with a nice view of the harbour (with Stanley Park, the Lions Gate Bridge, and North Vancouver in the background). The owners of the condo are first-class VRBO hosts - warm, friendly, and very welcoming! We were met promptly at the condo to pick-up the key. We were given a quick tour and received a tutorial on using the ample and high-quality electronic devices in the unit. There was even a complimentary cold beer (pop for the kids), which was just what the doctor ordered after our long trip from Toronto 😀. Our hosts went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had a great trip! I would highly recommend this condo. Stay here... you will be glad you did!

Beautiful apartment - exactly as shown in the photos

We stayed here for four nights over the Canada Day Weekend. Rahim greeted us with lemonade and ice tea and was very gracious. He was available by text if we needed anything. The apartment is lovely with a beautiful view of Coal Harbour. The kitchen well appointed. We cooked several times. The Seawall is basically across the street and we rented bikes and rode all over the city as well as Stanley Park. The view is as shown. We stayed here with our two adult sons which I would not recommend. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a bed for a small child in the other. This place is perfect for two adults with younger children but really wasn't suitable for 4 adults. I don't blame the owners, it was my fault for not thinking it thru. If you are looking for a lovely place with an amazing view of Coal Harbour - this is your place.
