The place was really clean and the location was very good, we enjoyed almost everything. Except the last day, the cleaning was outside the apartment for a whole, over an hour waiting for us to leave. She was on the phone and was saying “ these people are taking forever I want to clean and meet you up” aside from that , it was good.

Property is ideal location for a downtown stay in Vancouver. Check-in and check-out instructions were not presented great and struggled a bit with the check-in, check-out processes. Not a huge deal but created delays with our time and added extra costs. Overall good place to stay and would recommend for those looking for a downtown Vancouver residence.

We loved the location of this spot - right in the action! Close to train and water too. Great shops nearby. We loved the pool and sauna amenities. Greeted with a little treat at the unit - it was a nice touch. We didn’t use the parking, but that’s a HUGE bonus for this area. The bedroom layout and amount of space for three adults was small, two of the bedrooms are tiny (with single beds) and one is in a closet-like space with no windows. Would not recommend for six people, you would be VERY crammed. We had to wait about 25 minutes for an elevator that wasn’t full when checking out. Lots of rental units in this building with people trying to come and go at the same time.

There were 3 bedrooms to comfortablely fit a family of 4. I think it would bee too tight for 6. the kitchen was well equipped and the location very convenient. I didn't love needing to use the fob to get in and out, but its a good security measure. The host contacted me to make sure we were able to get in and provided videos of how to accesses and use different features (very helpful for the shower). I would definitely recommend.

Très beau séjour à Vancouver dans un appartement bien situé, pratique pour explorer la ville et profiter du quartier. L’espace était confortable et l’arrivée simple et efficace. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité des transports, des restaurants et du bord de l’eau. Merci pour l’accueil et la communication pendant le séjour. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage.We had a wonderful stay in Vancouver in a well-located apartment, very convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the neighborhood. The space was comfortable, and check-in was simple and efficient. We especially appreciated the proximity to public transit, restaurants, and the waterfront. Thank you for the hospitality and communication throughout our stay. We will keep great memories of our time in Vancouver.

Excellent clean location

This is an amazing location, nearby food, and the Roger’s Centre, and an easy walk everywhere else. Highly recommend.

Very cozy apartment right at the beginning auf downtown Vancouver. Everything you'll need is in the apartment. It's clean and enough room for 4 grown ups.

Overall the stay was wonderful. The location was great for what we were doing (a convention) and we got to explore quite a bit of Vancouver walking and with the car we had. The bedrooms were tiny, and the AC units would only work one at a time, so we had to close the curtains during the day to keep the heat down, but I would stay there again. The host was friendly and responsive.

Conveniently located in Vancouver

Property was clean and conveniently located to activities within Vancouver. Easy walk to Gastown, Chinatown, park, science center and false creek ferries. Unit is a bit smaller than it appears in pictures, necessities present and location greet.

They gratiously allowed us to check in early as my oldest got very sick from the flight and sky train travel. The place was very quiet even though we were across from Rogers centre. Lots of food options all around us. Definitely be back here when we come back.

Not a spacious condo but it serves the purpose

Location is outstanding if you are wanting to be close to Roger’s Arena. It’s a little tight for 6 people but it works. Host was very attentive when couple small issues came up.

2 beds were in rooms no bigger than a closet. In one of those rooms, there was not enough space to step around the bed, so you had to crawl in from the end. The outlets did not work in that room. The fan in the kitchen whined loudly and did not turn off when you power off the switch. The fold out bed in living room is listed as a “queen”. It is smaller than a full bed. The bed linens were old jersey material and need to be replaced. There was no remote for the television. So we could not power on the television to watch anything. Bathroom toilet paper roll was loose and did not function as a holder-it was more like a “toilet paper dropper”. If you have more than two adults in this space, it will be very cramped. Shops and public transportation are nearby. Chinatown is close too. Bedroom with queen bed got hot and air did not flow well for comfort. Curtains and couch were dusty. Couch should get covered or replaced. Curtains need washing.

Three Night Staye prior to cruise

Location of the property was ideal for what we wanted to experience. Close to arena easy walk to water for ferry service. Great food restaurant selections within walking distance. Condo was exactly as advertised. Only downfall was that the air conditioning could not keep the unit cool enough. Everything else was perfect.
