Room layout was off, didn’t need 2 big tv’s, sitting room was easy to walk into at night, shower door and tile needed a professional clean. bed comfy, room good size for 3,everything worked in room as it should. happy hour were discounted offerings, easy walk to some eating joints.

Convenient location for attending baseball games at Harmony field. Costco nearby. No complaints about hotel. Lots of kids stay there for sports events so the lobby can be a bit loud .

I absolutely love this place! I have stayed here multiple times, including when my grandma was passing. They assisted me and extending my travel the management is wonderful and so kind and even remember me each time I come back. They even realized I didn’t have my dog with me this time. I truly love the convenience of the location, but I always go back for the customer service, the room, And it’s great pricing. The only thing I find weird is the robot for security, not a super fan, but I know how the world is moving.

The rooms were very comfortable, and cleanliness was obvious throughout the room and hotel. The bath towels were oversized which was so nice to see and use! The photos and description was a bit deceiving as it states there is a restaurant and bar when really there may be a bar with seating and tables, the menu is limited and its more like just the typical hotel breakfast seating. The staff there was great was but if too busy could be slower service. We also paid extra for breakfast to be included and the one out of two days the kitchen person called in so there was ZERO food that day (thats not a restaurant!) The food we dis get was pretty decent and again, the stagg was very friendly and helpful

Decent sized room that was in good condition and while not luxurious it was nice enough. Soundproofing could be better as we could often hear our neighbors on both nights. Also I get that most places don't offer housekeeping unless you request it but they won't do anything unless you request the night before. We got more towels at the front desk but were not offered even to get a new bed sheet when we asked and we would have gladly made our own bed.

Booked this hotel while we were traveling. Picked it based on food and bar.and atmosphere. Checked in and heard an employee tell the clerk that because of a conference there will be no food or drink. Had to quickly change our plans to meet people at the hotel for dinner, schedule an Uber ride.and find a place to eat last minute with no reservations on a Saturday night. They knew about their convention way before this night yet still let you book it thinking you’re going to get the amenities. I would have chosen somewhere else had it stated this. And don’t think this place is near the water and that bridge in the photos. Not even close.

When I made the reservation I made to sure to call and state that we had a pet. When we arrived we were told that we couldn’t have our cat who was in Vancouver for a procedure. The receptionist dramatically started coughing and sniffling after she found out we had a cat, claiming she was allergic. Yet she was fine before hand. She then asked a coworker if we could have the cat and they saw no problem with this. So instead of the $30 pet fee we had to pay a $250 pet fee and were told that we could not let her out of the cage or leave the room. So where is this no cat policy? I’ve not seen one. Or was the receptionist being dramatic? Not sure but I’m not impressed.

Check in easy but reception area is really sparse and unwelcoming but staff friendly and efficient. Room was nice and clean and all good. Swimming pool and hot tub really nice. Didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment although all the food seemed to be served in a basket. Overall a great stay at a good price

Michelle is angry receptionist. I asked her info about dining options in the hotel. She yelled, “I don’t know! You need to go and ask them!” Because of her attitude and hostility, I wanted to cancel my reservation. Mechelle angrily replied, “You can’t if you booked using a third party”. Then, I told her if that is the case, I want to go ahead and check in. Again, angrily Michelle said, “I cannot check you in!! I don’t have internet connection!!”. Not knowing when internet service is going to be restored, I went to Portland and booked another hotel at the receptionist desk. I contacted Expedia customer service for a refund as the hotel was unable to check me in. The hotel told Expedia customer service that I requested to cancel after learning there was no internet connection, and refused to issue a refund. I am a frequent traveler; I will never ever stay at Bestwestern and affiliated properties.
