The space
Queen sized beds in each room with new and clean linens. Extra cribs and/or air mattresses available upon request. Entire suite is very spacious at 1200sf so there is lots of space and extra room for your whole family. Great quality clean towels are provided. You'll find extra chairs and board games in the home for you to use. Lots of coffee, tea, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and dishwasher pods. If you run out of anything we'll bring more to you.
Suite stays cool in the summer also with lots of sunlight from south and west exposure. Each room has a thermostat that guests can freely use for heating. Laundry with tide pods available in the suite to use as needed. Level 2 EV charger available in the driveway. Just take it off the wall and plug it in to your car (no extra cost to you).

Guest access
Private access to the property at the side yard through the gate. Path is well lit in the evening and you have full access to the entire 1200sf space. Enter the unit with the door code provided anytime after check in hours.

Other things to note
It's a very quiet residential neighborhood that can be active with kids during the day, but quiet in the evenings.
Very close distance to groceries: Costco, Walmart, Superstore, Save-On-Foods all within 5 minute drive.
5 minute drive to the Langley Event Centre.
Very nice Routley park within walking distance with playground, basketball courts, and large field.
Willowbrook shopping center 5 minutes drive.
Easy access to Highway 1 which can get you downtown Vancouver in 45 minutes during non-peak times.
We are a family of five with three young boys living upstairs. They play in the yard and can make some noise in the day. Quiet time from us is guaranteed from 8pm to 8am where you won't hear anything.
