"Perfect amount of space for my family of 8. Not just beds but living areas and kitchen as well. The amount of things to do at the property were amazing. Hot tub, pool table, foosball table, games, darts, etc. and everything had the all the pieces and worked as they should! All the amenities you could ask for, this place delivered. Location is central to everything 10 mins to the lake and 15 mins to Broken Bow. Plenty of shopping and restaurants just mins away. This will be our choice location...

"Very nice facility. Enjoyed the peacefully quiet location and especially the patio television. Three things would keep me from returning to this property. No soap, shampoo or etc. No coffee (except what was left in the coffee pot by a previous tenent (yuk!!!). A very rough road leading to the property, suffering from serious neglect. Very unfortunate, because the property itself is very impressive. "

Communication with property management was excellent and responses to questions were immediate. The heads up about it being a gravel road was good to know, albeit bumpy in a few places.
