"First off I don’t expect much from a Days Inn But the facilities were horrible, not sanitary mold Staff lacks basic customer service and completely lied to me! I called the day before and Asked the staff if it was possible to check in at 11am because I was in town for work and I needed to start my job at 12pm to 10pm The guy asked if it was double beds I said yes he put me on hold looked and said yes not a problem and he put notes in the file. "Had to share one tub stopper between the rooms me and my parents stayed at. Small roaches and beetles in room. Room had a good air conditioner and curtains. Staff relatively pleasant. Floor was carpeted and sticky; strong smell of chemicals in room. "
