"This is a lovely place with nice view down to the coast. Very clean and tidy, with all we needed for just the one night. There is a hob with 2 rings but no oven, so please note if you intend to stay longer and cook. The pool was nice on a very hot day in August. "

"dirty, many cooking stuff not clean, dishwasher enable to do a complete cycle, air conditionning able to cool from 3 or 4 in the morning when cool enough outside, dogs barking all night, one night and day, swimming pool not as the picture as surounding has been redone with wood and give a strong sens of poor DIY results."

"We arrived mid October in the middle of a huge storm. The effect of the storm caused a massive dump of seaweed right up to the property and those adjacent. It was impossible to walk along the beach . There was great volume of plastic debris that had washed up with the seaweed. There was no attempts to clear it including a plastic sunbed that was smashed up and half burned by the sea weed.. when the storm abated locals came each morning to fish and left their litter, including plastic behind. "We had a superb stay at the villa to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our company, taking current and former staff there for a week. Benedetto was the ultimate host, responsive and supportive, and the setting was superb. "Un petit coin de paradis avec vue sur mer. Équiper pour cuisiner, la literie au top Nous sommes très peu de locataires et donc vous pouvez profitez de la piscine tout seul parfois. Cefalù est a 10 min. Un supermarché est a 5 min et la plage a 10 min en voiture. Le gérant est très sympathique et soucieux de votre confort. Je recommande au famille."

"Nice home but very quiet definitely need A car to go shopping,eating and exploring. The pool is very small with no seating area Or shade which is a shame we only used it once during our 2 week holiday. We spent our time on the private beach which is beautiful, €28 a day for the four of us. We hired a car to explore the island, Cefalu is beautiful. No WiFi, no restaurant, no shops, no bar with in walking distance"

"Fabulous 3 villas set in gorgeous gardens. Ideal for large family group of 15. Lovely owner who popped in every morning, but never intrusive. Treated us to pizza on first day and delicious croissants during the week. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian, but we managed with languages app and sign language! Amazing pool area ideal for relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this booking."
