"Das Haus war okay. Die Zufahrtsstrassen waren allerdings eine Katastrophe (holperig). Die Lage war allerdings ziemlich abgelegen. Fahrzeug ist also unbedingt nötig.Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden!"

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"Great for anyone looking to be close to the beach and with an interest in golf. Parking at the property a plus. Well equipped kitchen and good supply of bedding and towels. We rented knowing we would be away from the house most of each of the days, the trip was more business than leisure. As such, it was more around cooking a quick meal some evenings and having somewhere to shower/sleep, rather than relaxing and enjoying all the facilities the resort had to offer."

"I really liked this house, there was plenty of space and gorgeous views from the top terrace. The neighbours were friendly and there is a great local restaurant/bar about a minute’s walk away and another bar about two minutes walk away. Checking in with Gail, who looks after the house was easy and she is a mine of information having lived in the area! Although parking can be tricky near the house, there is a municipal car park about 5 mins walk away ( I always use the car park when I visit...

"El sitio es espectacular, a la casa no le falta de nada, es bonita, limpia y super cómoda. La piscina está muy bien cuidada, es de agua salada y tiene unas vistas al campo geniales para relajarse.El terrero es enorme y bien cercado, ideal para los perretes y para quién le guste la naturaleza (se ven las ardillas corretear por los árboles). Los dueños son un encanto y muy atentos. Mi madre, mi perro y yo hemos pasado unas vacaciones geniales allí y repetiríamos sin pensarlo. 10 de 10"

"The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. "The house is perfectly located. Aircon in all bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Parking a bit tricky the first day but then no problem. The city is beautifull and the area around the big square is fantastic. And Francois, the contact person is always ready to help and easy to contact. Thank you for a wonderfull week."
