"Great for anyone looking to be close to the beach and with an interest in golf. Parking at the property a plus. Well equipped kitchen and good supply of bedding and towels. We rented knowing we would be away from the house most of each of the days, the trip was more business than leisure. As such, it was more around cooking a quick meal some evenings and having somewhere to shower/sleep, rather than relaxing and enjoying all the facilities the resort had to offer."

"I really liked this house, there was plenty of space and gorgeous views from the top terrace. The neighbours were friendly and there is a great local restaurant/bar about a minute’s walk away and another bar about two minutes walk away. Checking in with Gail, who looks after the house was easy and she is a mine of information having lived in the area! Although parking can be tricky near the house, there is a municipal car park about 5 mins walk away ( I always use the car park when I visit...

"Me parecio muy mal tener que recoger las llaves a 30 Km.. del alojamiento y devolverlas en el mismo sito. El apartamento estaba muy sucio, com porqueria de la de hace años sin limpiar. Los colchones son orribles y el sofa cama estaba roto. Las ropas de casa ,toallas ,sabanas etc son de mala calidad y viejisimas al igual que los utensilios de cocina y cazuelas, oxidadas y llenas de porqueria, no nos dejaron ni una gota de gel del baño. En general, un asco. No volvere nunca mas"

"Das Haus war okay. Die Zufahrtsstrassen waren allerdings eine Katastrophe (holperig). Die Lage war allerdings ziemlich abgelegen. Fahrzeug ist also unbedingt nötig.Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden!"

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"La casa está bien, es espaciosa, está bien equipada y tiene una localización estupenda a menos de diez minutos de la playa. La atención del dueño a la llegada fue buena, y la provisión de artículos de higiene y limpieza también fueron correctas. La estancia se vió empañada al encontrarnos mucha suciedad acumuluda, arena en las duchas y las pilas de las cocinas, manchas de maquillaje (espero) en un retrete, grasa acumulada en las paredes de la cocina e incluso ropa sucia de anterirores inquilinos...

"The house is perfectly located. Aircon in all bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Parking a bit tricky the first day but then no problem.
