"We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

"The owner met us at the apartment. He gave us a tour around the apartment. After that we sat at the dining table with tourist map and he gave us all the information about Valencia! My husband and I have rented over 15 apartment and this was by far the BEST ever. We had plenty of paper towels, towels, beach towels, you name it, we had it. Absolutely awesome. We will be back. "

"This is a lovely, homely, apartment that is very well cared for. There is a beautiful terrace/balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. There is also air conditioning in the main room/bedroom and a lift. It’s next to a metro stop on the direct line from the airport and an easy walk to the old town. Pilar was very hospitable and helpful and is close by if you need anything. Highly recommended. "

"Ubicación inmejorable, con vistas al mar, ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar al lado de la playa. Buena zona con restaurantes cerca,sin duda para repetir.Buena comunicación con la dueña y facilidades con su familia que viven en el piso de abajo y no hubo problema en hacer el check in más tarde de lo acordado por un problema que nos surgió de camino.Desde luego una experiencia única que sin duda repetiré, mi familia se quedó impactada con las vistas y el poder dormir escuchando las...

"The accommodation is very spacious and well-equipped. The host was always available to help us. The price-to-quality ratio is fair. Bus and tram stops are right in front of the accommodation, which is a big advantage.Highly recommended! :)"

"Carmen was an absolute joy! She is a top shelf hostess! She showed us all of the instructions for the property and made sure we were comfortable. Her knowledge of València was amazing and she departed her wisdom upon us. The property is very clean. The size and accommodations are as advertised. Also the property has a large first aide kit and emergency instructions right at the front door. Again Carmen set the tone for an outstanding stay. "
