"I arrived at the hotel 20 February at 00:15 booked three nights from 20th 23rd February. When I showed the staff my booking they complained that I haven’t booked from 19th and 20th February so I can’t check in before later. Which is fine. But the attitude was unnecessary and not nice that there was no level of seeking understanding that technically it’s impossible for me to book a night in the past when I’m booking on the 20th February. So I was forced to book an extra night outside of hotels.com and directly with the hotel. Not planning to go back. "
