"The modern and nicely renovated loft is located in a renovated classical house 100m away from the main place of Valdobbiadene with Cathedral and Townhall. Right downstairs are a couple of nice pubs, cafes and smaller shops. Free parking, bakery and a small supermarket are 100 m down the road opposite from the cathedral.The loft on the 2nd floor was tidy and clean in modern design with 2‘3 separate sleeping rooms with double beds. "Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
