I contacted the host the day before check in and asked if everything was ok and when we will get the check in details . The host relied that we will get the details nearer the time . "Clean room, client services, amenities and understanding when we had to stay an additional two days due to the weather back in NYS USA. I wish the cost for the two additional days wasn't as costly. It was extremely expensive for two additional days when it was not in my control. It would be nice if part of the fee could be refunded on a courtesy. Thank you."

"The apartment itself was very fine. Hostnfly, the concierge in charge of unit was totally unresponsive. The advertised clothes washer leaked on the first day of our stay, and despite phone calls and e-mails, their only response in the two week stay was that they were waiting to hear from someone to fix it.
