"Nestled on a suburban corner in the shadow of imposing, rectangular cement apartment buildings, any charm of this Tuscan style house is eclipsed by its unsightly neighbouring buildings and the general kitsch and shabbiness that comes from using cheap Zara Home furnishings, and having grounds with a fountain with stagnant water and unkempt lawns. The room was basically clean and had the necessary facilities and the staff were reasonably helpful. But we were not shown a spa or fitness center, and...

"This is a beautiful spot in Orvieto. Serene and modern. It is important to know that L’Aquile is a bit hidden, and there is no direct car access, so luggage must be pulled down narrow cobbled streets on a hillside. The proprietor is warm, gracious, and informative."

"Property is in ZTL Zone. Ela was very friendy and helpful. We had the Delure room which is very roomy and with 4m ceiling. U can walk everywhere from there. Room was cleaned and mordern. The entrance was a bit unique, it resemble warehouse. Interesting little hotel."
