"Vi blev mødt af den sødeste unge dame i receptionen og senere utrolig venligt personale i rest. Lækkert poolområde m solsenge og parasoller. Restauranten serverede meget lækker aftensmad på den store terrasse med fantastisk udsigt. "

We stayed at Castel Bigozzi, whole family of 4 and a dog for 4 night and really enjoyed the quiet place, fantastic views and relaxing at the pool. We can only recommend this to all who wants to stay away from the busy cities, and still have the option on a day tour to go to Lucca, Pisa, Florence or Siena."

"The only positive thing about the hotel was the bed, which was ok. Staff was not pleasant and could figure out if wifi should be available on 4. and 5.floor. It wasn't. Bathroom was in a bad state with visible black spots on white ceiling and rust on heater. One comment I read before booking was regarding the location. I must say that the hotel fits perfectly in its surroundings. Town was dead. "
