"Beautiful place to stay! Great location - 20 min walk to the town. Clean room/bathroom. Water/shower/aircondition works fine. Stunning view from the window of our room, we can See the pool, & vineyards. The owner & family is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is ok. Good spacious parking. The highlight for us is the stunning view of Hill top of San Gimignano & the vineyards, Tuscan hills from Swimming pool area. It’s very relaxing & charming place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone....

"The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. "This B&B is a little gem! The views of the town are stunning. The grounds are gorgeous and I could have spent all day sitting around drinking wine in the garden. The breakfast was delicious. Plus the location is perfect. It is outside of town so you don't have to deal with the craziness of people coming to visit all day but you can easily walk to the center for dinner/drinks. This is a great place to stay!"
