This 3-bedroom home is perfect for families, equipped with a Pack 'n Play, booster highchair, and toys. The three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom includes a desk area and private en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is shared between the other guest rooms.

Located just a short distance from Vail Ski Resort and Vail Village, this home boasts a great location! Summer guests will enjoy hiking with the Pitkin Trailhead and Gore Valley Trail close by. The Vail Golf Club and Betty Ford Alpine Gardens are also great summer activities nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
