"The home is very spacious with lots of room for our group of 11. Joanne, the owner, was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The location in Beaver Creek was close to everything and you just can't beat the shuttle that will pick you up right outside the door and take you anywhere in the Beaver Creek resort. "Our stay was mid July. This home is part of a duplex. It is an older home that has been well maintained. It is a three level home. You walk into the mid-level, which is the main living area, kitchen, dining and garage. Two bedrooms and a bunk room are downstairs. There is also a small TV area downstairs. "The overall village was great. Outdoor ambience was great. Room was nice but uncomfortable and did not have a balcony as pics showed and had a very limited Mountain View even though that was advertised "

"There was some major areas that had not been dusted or cleaned in quite some time (i.e., the built-in buffet in the dining area and the fireplace hearth). The sheets were a problem in two of the five bedrooms in that they caused severe itching and rashes. We ended up buying blankets to use instead of sheets.
