"This house is truly incredible. The first morning I woke up to the sweeping view and sounds of the jungle I couldn’t stop smiling. Pay attention to the requirement for a 4 wheel drive car. The drive into the neighborhood is no joke. If my husband didn’t have off road experience I would not have done it. "We decided to extend our stay last minute and felt lucky to find this house, ON THE BEACH, just south of Dominical. We stayed with our daughter and son in law for 3 nights in early May 2024 and had our house - one f three in this location-to ourselves. The location and house were perfect for us. "The property was well maintained and the houses were stocked with everything you might need, down to laundry detergent! The beach out front was beautiful and basically private. The location is close to town and felt very safe. There is a grounds keeper on the property at all times, they are very friendly and helpful, but you practically don’t notice them. It was great for our group!"

"We stayed here as a family of 4. Absolutely beautiful home and property. My kids loved the pool and each having their own bathroom. We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!"

"The rooms a very unique and they property is beautiful. We had tiny bats roosting on our villa and it was fabulous to watch them swoop and dive over the river in the evening. The owner & staff were lovely although my lack of Spanish made communication difficult. There was few maintenance issues, and the room it’s self could do with a little love."

"If I had to use one word to sum up this VRBO home, it would be PARADISE. The home is very well-appointed, with magnificent views of the ocean. "Our stay at Villa Kristina Maria was absolutely amazing ( the ocean view,the wild life and the lush jungle ) Our family of nine couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Costa Rica.. only about 10 min from the town of Uvita made it easy to get groceries and experience all that the area had to offer , zip line , snorkeling, hiking and the beautiful waterfalls and beaches..The locals were amazing and very helpful.. Will definitely return."

"Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos no tan solo de un buen lugar, con todas las comodidades a un buen precio, sino también el poder compartir con los huéspedes, pues la cocina fue el centro de sanas conversaciones. Además de compartir buena información de experiencias en lugares cercanos y lejanos para visitar. Nuestra anfitriona Gaby es súper amable y con la buena disposición de ayudar en cualquier momento. Lo recomiendo a personas sociales, aunque también hay espacio para las más tranquilas e individuales. "
