"Overall everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The sleeping arrangements are abit weird, in 2 situations you have to walk through someone’s “room” to get to another bedroom. This made it awkward, so look carefully at the photos and stitch the layout together beforehand. The villa itself needs some TLC, with pool tiles and exterior tile broken or cracked, the interior had misc paint drips on baseboards/floor, wardrobe doors peeling, main door weather stripping partially removed, one of the marble...

"Pros: Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with our vacation rental. Three couples shared this home and we were all very comfortable. It was clean, had great wi-fi, a nice pool and the caretaker was very helpful. The owner was very prompt at responding to our inquires due to our inability to speak Spanish. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted.
