"We took a short weekend trip to Utopia. The scenery of the flowing river from our patio was breathtaking. The place was clean and Nancy was responsive. Definitely recommend! My dogs had a great time. We plan to go back. "

"The room smelled terrible from smoke. Evidently someone had smoked in the room,although a No Smoking sign was posted. We could Not watch TV ,the batteries in the remote were dead so the TV would Not turn on. The toilet was leaking water from the bottom of the toilet onto to the floor. I guess the only good experience was the bed was comfortable. "
