"A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply. "This was the most welcoming home I've stayed in. There was a gift basket on the counter and festive place settings had been laid out on the table. There were other nice touches, such as a selection of low-priced toiletries available in case we had forgotten something. My wife appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. We look forward to coming back the next time we visit the area."

"Myself and 3 of my daughters stayed the night as we celebrated my daughters 40th birthday playing Bingo at Turning Stone 12 minutes away. We all loved the comfy beds!!
