B&B i Utah

"The first night I had no hot water, and I suppose that couldn’t be helped, as the tanks needed replacing, which was done the very next day after I called the manager. A huge frustration is the inability to control the temperature in your room. That also requires a call to the manager, which seems so illogical. And, as other reviewers have mentioned, the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything next door. The room was cute and clean and a nice country setting, but I wouldn’t stay there...

"First impressions are very important and the Big Yellow House hit them all. Loved our stay, Scott and Barbara were terrific hosts. Highly recommend anyone wanting to stay at a BnB in Cedar City check this wonderful place out."

"Cute and tiny room, but it had everything we needed. The owner did a great job communicating with us and was very responsive. We had a lovely stay!"

"Such a nice place, with friendly staff! The breakfast was amazing, and our room was lovely😊"

"I didn’t like I encountered centipede at my room and the response was to throw it away."

"Old and cool"

"Beautiful B&B property. Unfortunately I experienced 20 plus gnat bites while sitting outside on the covered patio/porch area in the early evening hours. These bites have been uncomfortable & left red irritated blotches for over a week to my ankles & elbow areas. Recommend letting guests know not to sit outside unless citronella candles or extra spraying is completed to dissuade these insects. Thank you!"

"Rooms were comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing. The staff were so helpful. Breakfast was delicious."
