"The staff was extremely helpful accommodating our late arrival and helping with our booking. The rooms were comfortable, and the house was impeccably decorated for xmas. Its right next to the university, so i'd imagine it'd be perfect for parents of students. Ultimately, it was a much richer experience than just staying at a chain hotel."

"Wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect. Bed was sooo comfortable and it was a lovely place to stay and so close to Zion entrance. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the porch. In addition the breakfast at Oscar’s was one of the best I ever had. "

"Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!"

"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab! This is a small shared space, but the owners thought of all the details. It has very nice amenities and beautiful views. We enjoyed the swim spa and putting green. Great central point to visit the national parks and Grand Canyon and come back to relax at the end of a long day of exploring! Owners were very kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. "
