"The cottage is located in a county setting that is peaceful and quiet. The cottage is all new with beautiful amenities. The host was informative and provided all information needed. 10/10 Highly recommended a home away from home. A nice retreat for a vacation experience. "

"Tidy and cute little cottage with everything we needed. Two of the bedrooms are pretty cozy, but functional. Kitchen is well stocked. We didn’t use the stove but the gas BBQ grill was great. Just note that a bright light shines all night in the parking lot next door, and also you’ll need to be able to navigate the spiral staircase. Check-in was a breeze, with good and prompt communication from the owner. The departure checklist was clear and simple. We had a very pleasant stay. "

"Property was very, very clean and well-equipped. Front porch will accommodate friends or family. Beds were comfortable, temperature was easy to control, and neighborhood was very quiet—except for the trains, of course. Host provided lots of ear plugs, so we even slept through trains. (I’m pretty sure you can’t stay in Tipp City without hearing the trains.) Bathroom was large and had lots of amenities. We will definitely try to stay here on our next visit to Tipp City. "
