Private ferieboliger i Uptown

"Overall experience was good! There are some steep stairs to get to restroom and bedroom both are located upstairs."

"The property was great for our group. I really appreciate the excellent mattresses as i have back issues "

"Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There wasn't a single want or need that wasn't met—it truly felt like a home away from home. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you again for such an incredible experience. We can't wait to book with you again on our next visit. Highly recommend! "

"very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful"

"Clean well kept property. Thanks for making it so easy. "

"Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there."

"There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst."

"The unit was clean and decorated so nicely! Would absolutely come back!"

"We loved this location and home, coming back to visit family in the area and even having them over to play games. We’ll be back!"

"All pictures are accurate! Host replied to me fast both pre & post stay. A/C was on upon arrival so we were thankful for that! Upstairs is noticeably warmer but there are both ceiling fans & a box fan in each bedroom. I recommend this place & would stay again!"

"Traffic noise was too much"

"M husband and I were there for 2 week stay.Positive: it was clean in most places but could use a little TLC.Close to Kings Island and only 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. The house is very close to a fabulous dog park and downtown Loveland.Negative: we got our code at 4:02 we were hoping to get in 10 minutes earlier so we could avoid moving our things during a torrential downpour! Thermostat was set to 54degrees!Washing machine was dirty and general area in basement was dirty and wet because...

"Big kitchen, wide open spaces, decorated for the holidays."

"Great for what we needed for a quick stay and a place for our dogs to run around outside and have fun too"

"We were in the area for a family reunion and thought we would stay in Kentucky along the river to see the Cincinnati skyline. The walk along the Ohio River was fantastic, and the town of Bellevue is walkable, with a lot to see and do. The property is charming and just a short walk to restaurants and other amenities."

"Our stay at The Lyric was wonderful in every way as the suite was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, so clean, light-filled, and well-appointed. The location was perfect to access downtown activities. The host communication was professional, timely and complete with directions as well as answers. Parking was a short walk to garage with lots of dining options close by."

"Comes with 4 BR each with a Queen bed or bigger. Plus a pull out couch in the basement and a twin in one of the rooms. So it was a little cozy. The weird thing was having to walk through a bathroom to get to basement. But thats a design thing from a hundred years ago. The hot tub was amazing. It was 5 min drive to Over-The-Rhine district in Cincinnati. Would rent again"
