"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"The room was newly refurbished, good standard, bright, modern, all the basics, plenty of power points with built in usb ports. The staff were helpful, friendly and tried hard. They were let down by outside contractor not fitting a new boiler properly so it took time before the hot water was fixed. Letsface it , Yarmouth has a lot of old crumbly hotels that need a lot of work. While overall the Hotel looks dated they are doing up the rooms. It is a bit hit and miss but you're not paying much so...

"Easy check in , friendly staff, easy free parking, nice big room with comfortable clean bed, nice hot shower, breakfast good, Bit of noise from road and airport but that settled down , very good value "

"Staff friendly as always , lovely hotel in a lively town . The walk along the prom is always enjoyable - nice scenery and plenty of fresh air. Always look forward to our 4 - 5 weeks at the Cliff each year "

"Hotel standard in UK varies - this hotel is absolutely at a higher standard than most UK hotels. Spacious room, nice and comfotable beds, easy to acces by bus or taxi from airport or citycenter, quiet surroundings, a supermarket next to, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast OK - could have been improved by at slice og cheese (but we got it from the supermarket). Prices are OK. Nice hotel - we will come back!"
