"Lovely old heritage house, well maintained and conveniently located just a few steps away from the Plains of Abraham and the Grand Allée with a multitude of restaurants. Also a short walk to the Citadel and historic old city.Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who can manage stairs as there is no elevator. "This area of town is hit and miss as it is densely populated.Clean, renovated “flip” quality rental.The place reeked of either fabric softener or fragrance that smelled as if it was covering up dust, even though the property was clean. The bathroom towels and sheets had the same odour. The one towel I unrolled had a heavy stain on it. I brought our beach towels in to use. People (plural) leaving at 1:30AM, 30 year olds heading out on bicycles at that time of night, without shirts, looking...

"Location, location, location! Great apartment in a fabulous location. We could walk to almost everyplace. Close to restaurants, markets and the Chateau. The Plains of Abraham were steps away. Owner was a dream to work with, such a kind lady. Plenty of room for 5 adults. I would recommend staying here in any season, but fall was stunning."
