"Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"Pros- close drive to the airport, GREAT island and BEAUTIFUL water. The beach was amazing. We did not go during the busy season, so we were always able to get cabana or chairs on the beach where we wanted.
