Hostels i Upper Galilee

"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. "Location was great, close to the heart of the old town. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Balcony looking on to the old city wall was nice. However, the bed had no top sheet - just a bottom sheet and a blanket. We tried to get a sheet of one of the bunk beds, but it was dirty and smelly. Staff provided a top sheet when asked and we fitted it ourselves. There were no tea or coffee making facilities anywhere. The TV had no channels at all, so was purely for decoration."

"It is a case of you get what you paid for. The breakfast was lousy. The shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. The balcony was big and a great surprise. It did not feel like a hostel but more like a hotel.. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning turned off when we left the room, not a major issue. Overall if you are on a limited budget it is worth looking into this place. It was in a great location."
