"My family really enjoyed our stay at Foxfire Heritage Farm. What a unique way to camp in the comfort of a 2 pod yurt. They had everything that we needed minus a shower. There was lots of firewood for our cold nights but it was only softwood...which had me up every couple hours to restoke. The beds were very comfortable and the power pack was such a convenience to keep our phones charged. We really loved being able to explore the property and visit with all the animals. What an awesome...

"If you're looking for luxury and modern amenities, this is not for you BUT if you are looking for solitude, peace and escape from city life go for it. It is a true cabin experience, does not come with sheets. Blankets are dated so walk with your own as I am not sure how often they get laundered. The outside of the property was worth the money and overlooked the flaws of the cabin. There is no cell reception period! No two bars, one and it was on and off but it was a blessing because it forced...

Right by the beach
"Nice hotel close to the beach. Huge room, but weirdly no door to the sink area of the bathroom, which was right next to the bed, meaning that you either had to wash your hands in darkness, or risk waking up the other person sleeping in the bed, if you had to go to the loo in the middle of the night. Minor detail though. The room was nice and comfortable, the hotel located right next to the beach, and had a huge parking lot, making it very convenient for car travel. The swimming pool was closed indefinitely, but guests could borrow the pool of a neighbouring hotel instead. Nice large selection for breakfast."
