"This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions."

"My room was not clean. The couch had animal hair all over it. It was so bad I did not sit on it the whole stay. I lifted one of the couch pillows and it had food and old candy underneath it. The floor was dirty with crumbs and dust everywhere. I would have found another hotel but there was 2 conventions in town. The phone in the room did not work at all. "Was expecting a normal sized microwave, one of the shades was broken, low water pressure, body wash was out, more storage to hang up clothes. It was a very good deal and we did enjoy our stay."
