"Breakfast is not included. Parking was another issue. Valet was $40. Only other option was to risk parking on a busy street lined with fraternity houses. Room and bed were amazing."

"Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"Great hotel for weekend visit to Cincinnati. We roamed around the city, and the location was great as a home base. The parking situation was worth the $9 we paid. Room was clean and modern. Great TV setup. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was hot. Pool was clean, but not what I would call warm. Kids didn't mind. Will definitely keep it on our list next time we stay overnight in Cincy."

"This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions."

"The hotel was conveniently located downtown Cincinnati. It is very quiet. I couldn't hear any noise from the rooms next to me or above me. The room was spacious with a full kitchen. I stayed for four nights and the cleaning crew came once to make the bed and change towels, but did not empty the trash. The dresser in my room 514 should be replaced. "Was expecting a normal sized microwave, one of the shades was broken, low water pressure, body wash was out, more storage to hang up clothes. It was a very good deal and we did enjoy our stay."
